Cable drag chains

Flexible cable ducts (cable protection systems) are a necessary element of modern machines and mechanisms. The high speeds of movement of moving parts of machine tools, industrial manipulators, automated assembly lines require special measures to protect moving cables and hoses from mechanical, chemical, temperature and other external influences.

Protecting spare parts sensitive to dust and dirt is an important part of mechanical engineering. The product group includes power circuits suitable for tracking linear movements, protection of pipes and connectors for fixed cables, as well as highly flexible cable protection modules that are required for wiring robots. They have a special design used to guide and protect cables, increasing the service life of cable circuits.

In addition to flexible cable ducts, we offer protective flexible hoses and connectors, as well as a new series of complete cable protection for high-speed applications such as robots.

  • diameter from 7 to 95 mm;
  • protection level IP 68;
  • operating temperature range from -40 °C to +105 °C;
  • maximum permissible temperature +150 °C (short-term);
  • fire resistance meets UL-94 V2 standards;
  • available versions: frost-resistant, shock-resistant, heat-resistant;
  • color gray, black.
