Inductive sensors

Inductive sensors

Inductive sensors are non-contact sensors designed to control the position of metal objects (insensitive to other materials).
Inductive sensors are widely used to solve the problems of process control systems. Available with a normally open or normally closed contact.
The principle of operation is based on changing the parameters of the magnetic field created by the inductor inside the sensor.

Inductive sensors

The principle of operation of inductive switches is based on changing the amplitude of the oscillations of the generator when objects enter the working area of the sensor.

The magnitude of the received analog signal depends on the distance between the sensor and the object. The built-in flip-flop converts the analog signal into a logic signal with a certain level of hysteresis.

Inductive proximity sensors of the TR and TN series belong to a series of sensors with a standard response range. These are sensors in a classic cylindrical design with a wide range of applications at an affordable price.

The TX series features a miniature cylindrical housing that is convenient for use in limited installation space. These sensors are only available in a concealed mounting (shielded) version for mounting with M4 and M5 threads.

The housings of the sensor are made of stainless steel or copper-nickel alloy, and the surface of the sensitive element is made of PBT. Such materials provide protection class IP67 against water and oil.

Inductive sensors of the standard TR series provide a reliable response in the range of 1.5 to 10 mm (or up to 15 mm in an unshielded housing) with an accuracy of 10%. Sensors with an extended sensitivity range allow you to capture objects at a distance of up to 40 mm.

  • Standard industrial sensors for detecting objects made of magnetic materials
  • Accurate and reliable determination with a high degree of reliability
  • Standard sizes and shapes:
  • Rounds from Ф3 mm to M30
  • Square 8x8 to 18x18 mm
  • Sensors of the same size have a wide reading range
  • For example M12 have a range of up to 6 mm in shielded models and 10 mm in unshielded in M30 up to 40 mm
  • Different types of sizes of one type: standard and shortened body
  • Connection methods: cable or connector
  • Wound signals - Analogue or Digital (PNP or NPN, with different contact system NC and NO)
  • Good noise immunity in various environments
  • All sensors meet IP67 protection level
