Description
Li Ming FA050 planetary gearbox, i = 10, for Delta ECMA-C20604 servo motor (input Ø14 mm).
- The FA series of precision planetary gearboxes from Li Ming for servo motors: sizes 50–180, 1 stage (i = 3–10) and 2 stages (i = 15–100), input 100 W – 30 kW.
- The gears are helical (twice the engagement of straight gears), made of Ni-Cr-Mo steel SNCM220, hardened to 57–60 HRC and ground to DIN 6 class.
- The satellite guide is integrated with the output shaft, and the satellites are mounted on needle bearings without a separator - for higher torsional stiffness.
- The motor is mounted with a dynamically balanced collet, ensuring no backlash in the connection at high speeds.
- FA050 at i = 10: nominal output torque 14 Nm, emergency 3 × T2N, acceleration 1.8 × T2N; backlash ≤ 8 arcmin; efficiency ≥ 97 %.
- Allowable forces on the output shaft: radial 350 N, axial 180 N; torsional stiffness 3 Nm/arcmin; service life > 30,000 h at S5 (> 15,000 h at S1)
- Output shaft Ø12 h6; inlet openings for FA050 are Ø 8, 10, 11, 14 mm; centering diameter for the motor (C5) — 30, 40, 50 mm.
