Engineering from concept to commissioning

Besides supplying automation components, MECHATRONICS EOOD designs and builds electrical control panels, control systems and machine assemblies. Our electrical and mechanical engineers work as one team, so the wiring diagram, the panel and the mechanics of the machine are developed together.

Electrical engineering. We design and build automation panels, instrumentation and control systems and operator desks with programmable logic controllers (PLC), frequency inverters, servo drives, operator panels and contactor-relay control. Diagrams are drawn in dedicated electrical design software, and before production the customer sees a 3D model of the panel.

Mechanical engineering. We design machines, units, assemblies and parts, and modernise existing equipment with new drives and controls.

Laser engraving. A 30 W fibre laser marks metals and some plastics, and a CO₂ laser with a 600 × 900 mm working area engraves and cuts wood, leather, acrylic, glass and two-layer plastic — nameplates, markings, single pieces and series.
