Wave reducers

Wave (harmonic) gearboxes are used where low weight and compact dimensions must be combined with minimal backlash: robots, rotary tables and precise positioning mechanisms. The drive works by the elastic deformation of the flexible gear by the wave generator, with many teeth in mesh at the same time.

As a result, a single stage reaches a ratio of up to 320:1 with high kinematic accuracy and low weight for the given ratio. Send us the torque, the ratio and the motor connection, and we will offer the size.
