EMC-PG02O — Encoder feedback card EMC-PG02O (open collector output, up to 30 kHz) for Delta VFD-C2000 / C2000 Plus inverters

Description

EMC-PG02O — encoder feedback card (PG card) with open collector output and 30 kHz bandwidth for Delta VFD-C2000 and C2000 Plus inverters. PG1 encoder input: line driver or open collector (+5…+24 V), 1- or 2-phase, up to 30 kHz; encoder supply +5 V or +12 V ±5 % (switched with FSW3), up to 200 mA. PG2 input: pulse signal (line driver or open collector), up to 30 kHz. PG OUT output: open collector with frequency division 1–255 times, up to 30 kHz; requires an external supply V+/V− (+7…+24 V) and a pull-up resistor; three 1.8 kΩ / 1 W resistors are included. Parameters Pr.10-00 … Pr.10-02 and Pr.10-16 … Pr.10-18. Delta recommends EMC-PG02O / EMC-PG02L when the required bandwidth does not exceed 30 kHz — for less interference; the variant up to 300 kHz is EMC-PG01O. Installed in slot 2 (PG cards). Shielded cable, wire 0.2–0.75 mm² (24–18 AWG); length: 1-phase input up to 30 m, 2-phase up to 100 m. VFD-CP2000 inverters do not support PG cards.
