EMM-PG01R — Resolver feedback card EMM-PG01R for Delta VFD-MH300 inverters

Description

EMM-PG01R — resolver feedback card (PG card) for Delta VFD-MH300 inverters, suitable for permanent magnet (PM) motors. PG1 input: resolver excitation R1–R2 — 7 Vrms, 10 kHz; input signals S1/S3 (Cos) and S2/S4 (Sin) — 3.5 ± 0.175 Vrms, 10 kHz. PG2 input: pulse signal (line driver or open collector, +5…+24 V), 1- or 2-phase, up to 300 kHz. PG OUT output: frequency division 1–255 times, line driver 5 V DC, up to 50 mA, up to 300 kHz; DCM is the reference potential of the output. Set with Pr.10-00 … Pr.10-02 and Pr.10-30 (number of resolver pole pairs); with EMM-PG01R, Pr.10-00 = 3 and Pr.10-01 = 1024. A red indicator signals DOS (the amplitude of the sine signal is outside the tolerance) and LOT (difference above 5° between the signals). Installed in position 1 (front, with connecting connector); wire 0.25–0.75 mm² (24–18 AWG), stripping length 9 mm, shielded cable up to 30 m; PE terminal.
