Air preparation
Filter
Cleans the air of moisture, as well as small particles of solid impurities. The device can normally retain particles from 5 to 40 microns, special models up to 0.01 microns, depending on the type of installed element. The filters capture and, with the help of a condensate drain, remove moisture and oil and solid particles, preventing the formation of condensation. Condensate drains can be manual, semi-automatic and automatic.
Pressure regulator
It is used to automatically maintain the pressure value at a given level in pneumatic systems. Regulators normally have a working adjustment range of 0.5 to 8.5 bar. A pressure regulator may or may not be equipped with a pressure gauge. Adjustable pressure using a convenient handle with the possibility of fixing a certain value.
Lubricator
The device ensures the supply of lubricant from a special tank to the pneumatic system.
Lubrication is necessary to increase the durability of various elements of the system subject to friction. The feed intensity is adjusted with a special handle.
From these elements, you can assemble your own version of the air preparation unit according to your conditions, or buy ready-made option air preparation units. Ready-made combinations of filters and pressure regulators are supplied, as well as filter regulators with lubricator. The products are produced with a metal or plastic body, which gives the necessary strength, and there are four standard sizes: 200, 300, 400 and 500, as well as various options for threaded connection to pipelines: G1/8, G1/4, G3/8, G1 /2, G3/4 inch.
