Linear module and servo motor sizing

Enter the load, the mounting, the travel distance and the cycles per minute — the calculator checks every series, size and version in the catalogue (ball screw, belt, rack and pinion, electric cylinders and linear motors) and lists each model that can carry the load, with the utilisation and the margin in per cent: load, load overhang, static moments and forces, speed for the stroke, axial force and the service life where the catalogue gives the load rating (as far as the catalogue gives the tables for the series). For each suitable model it selects a Delta ASDA-B3 servo motor by peak and RMS torque and by the inertia ratio and, when needed, the gear ratio with a Li Ming planetary gearbox that accepts the motor and connects to the module.
