Delivery
Effective from 21 October 2026
We deliver orders throughout Bulgaria with the couriers Econt and Speedy. You choose the courier and the place of delivery in the cart. The full terms are in the Terms and Conditions, section VII.
1. Where we deliver

You choose the office or the parcel locker from the list in the cart — search by city or by name. If a parcel does not fit in a parcel locker, we will offer you an office or an address before dispatch.
Heavy and bulky goods, for example electrical panels and larger motors, are sent on a pallet or by freight forwarder. The price is agreed separately.
Delivery to another country is possible on prior request.
2. Delivery times
- Products in stock — we usually dispatch within 2 working days after the order is confirmed. For a bank transfer — after we receive the payment.
- Products not in stock — the time limit is stated in the confirmation. If no time limit has been agreed — no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.
- Transit of the parcel — according to the courier’s delivery times.
Once the parcel is on its way, you receive the waybill number by email. You can use it to track the parcel with Econt or with Speedy.
3. Delivery price
The price follows the tariff of the chosen courier. It depends on the weight and dimensions of the parcel, on the place of delivery (office, parcel locker, address) and on additional services. It is shown before you confirm the order and, for an order based on a quotation, in the quotation. It is not included in the prices of the products.
4. Payment on delivery (cash on delivery)
With cash on delivery, you pay the amount to the courier when you receive the parcel. The courier transfers the amount to us by postal money transfer. The fee for the transfer follows the courier’s tariff and is shown when you place the order. The tariffs:
- Econt — cash on delivery;
- Speedy — postal money transfer.

5. On receipt
- Check the parcel in front of the courier.
- If the packaging or the goods are visibly damaged, draw up a damage report with the courier and write to us within 3 working days at sales@mechatronics.bg — with photographs and the waybill number.
- If a product is missing or a different one has been delivered, write to us at the same address. Give the order number.
