Description
Li Ming reducing sleeve for input opening Ø22 mm and motor shaft Ø19 mm (SERVOBOX planetary gearboxes).
- The ferrule is placed in the input opening of the gearbox when the servo motor shaft is thinner than the opening; thus, the clamping collar grips the shaft without any play.
- The combination of bore Ø22 mm → shaft Ø19 mm is listed in Li Ming's table for standard bushings.
- If the shaft diameter is not in the table, Li Ming supplies the reducer with a suitable bushing or with a larger bore plus a bushing.
- The bushing is longitudinally slit and has a 1 mm flange on the outer diameter.
- During installation, the bushing is inserted into the inlet opening before the motor; first, the flange bolts are tightened, then the locking ring.
