Delta Machine Vision Software includes the following three products to meet different application scenarios and requirements:

The DIAVision VGR machine vision software package provides an easy-to-learn operating interface. By integrating an industry-specific machine vision computer and a GigE interface camera, the DIAVision VGR helps achieve high precision and speed for a variety of applications. In addition, DIAVision VGR provides a convenient method for guiding robot arm and alignment platform applications and significantly improves setup efficiency and accuracy to accelerate adoption and optimize integration performance.

The DIAVision IDM machine vision software package is an enhanced version based on DIAVision VGR with two additional detection tools, including barcode reading and character recognition. It supports various 1D and 2D data reading, output and detection, and reads multiple codes at once. Regarding the character recognition function, DIAVision IDM includes a unique method of creating a dot print background library for quick settings.

DIAVision LIB is the core algorithm of Delta's machine vision products for embedded, packaged, and other software development. DIAVision LIB contains a variety of practical algorithms to offer excellent tools for machine vision development.

Users have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Demo version of the DIAVision VGR W program, which allows you to use all its functionality absolutely free for 30 days, you can freely test tasks and improve your knowledge and competence in the field of machine vision, except for reading codes. To access the program after the end of the free period, you must purchase a hardware key that allows you to access the full functionality of the program.

The current version of the program is designed to work with devices that support PoE (Power of Ethernet) interface.
