SCARA Robots DRS

Industrial robots are programmed to automatically accomplish applications such as screw driving, dispensing, soldering, palletizing, assembly, and pick and place. Due to their flexibility and adaptability, robots are able to optimize production and enhance productivity for smart manufacturing. Delta is continuously developing new types of robots for all kinds of applications to fulfill industry demands, and to realize “Automation for a Changing World”.

Delta's SCARA robots can be easily integrated with control units and peripheral components to form highly integrated robot workstations. They can be applied in a wide range of industries, including consumer electronics, electrical/electronics, rubber and plastics, metal fabrication and for processes such as screwing, dispensing, assembly, loading and unloading, soldering, transportation and packaging.

When combined with peripherals including servo systems, machine vision systems and linear modules, the highly flexible and integrated Delta SCARA not only satisfies both stand-alone and workstation applications, but also enables modular production lines and the production of multiple products of consistently good quality.

Delta SCARA can be easily applied to manufacturing automation for greater flexibility in achieving intelligent and efficient manufacturing and improving productivity, quality and labor efficiency.
