MPD / MP300
Running a pump with a contactor wastes energy, and without monitoring, dry running or a burst pipe damages the pump and floods the site. MPD combines an IE5 motor with frequency control, multi-pump logic with a real-time clock and pump protections in one unit mounted on the pump.
Features
- Delta MSI (PMa) synchronous reluctance motor of class IE5; the system is IES2 per IEC 61800-9-2
- IP55 — dust- and water-proof
- Built-in PLC (14k steps) and real-time clock for water-supply scheduling
- Multi-pump control of up to 8 pumps: alternation, constant pressure with staging and destaging of pumps on demand, redundancy — if an inverter fails the standby one takes over
- Sleep mode, impeller cleaning function, DC pre-heating
- Protections: dry running, burst pipe (leak), high and low pressure, cavitation; flow estimation from the pump curve
- EMC filter class C1 / C2 per EN 61800-3 — in the F versions
- Multi-colour LCD with three status colours — standby, running, alarm
- Optional Bluetooth card and Delta app for monitoring and commissioning

In the MPD model the first asterisk is the EMC filter (N — none, F — built-in), the second is the flange (B — B5/V1, D — B14/V18). In the inverter model the asterisk is N or F. Rated speed 3000 rpm.
